Teaching combines doctrinal precision with practice-based and problem-centred learning. Recurring methods include simulations, case clinics, mock hearings, legal-design exercises, reflective learning, structured feedback, inclusive assessment design and the use of real institutional and policy problems to connect legal doctrine with decision-making.
